Roundtables:
Roundtables are introductions to the human systems that have led us to spotlight the presenting organizations. The best-received presentations feature four to six team members and leaders from companies and unions that have made the change possible -- only honest reports from people who have done the work for themselves and lived through the change.
Work in America Institute's Roundtables bring together more than 200 representatives from 60-80 organizations for presentations and discussions. Each Roundtable features six or seven major case studies and related events. Roundtables are structured to allow plenty of time for learning through informal networking as well as formal presentations.
